Delays: there may be custom checks out of our control that could possibly increase the overall shipping time; we will do our best to keep you informed with any shipping delays.

SHIPPING PROCEDURE

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from us and a payment receipt via Paypal. Once your item is shipped, you will receive another email from us which will provide you with information on how you can track the status of your order. The time your item is dispatched will vary depending on the product you purchase.

RECEIVING ITEMS

A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

• Multiple Items

When you order multiple items, you may receive each product at a different time. Many of our products are sourced from different warehouses and are shipped separately, so your full order may not always be delivered together.

Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs in your country. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

Although we use reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.

 

COUNTRIES WE DELIVER TO

You can find out if we deliver to your country by referring to our list of international countries we deliver to. If your country is not on our list we apologise but we cannot deliver to you at the moment.

 

IMPORT DUTIES

Definition: A government tax collected on imports and some exports by the customs authorities of a country.

The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Outfit Made cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

At present, we have used the most favorable postage policy, of course, we will find a lower postage policy will be updated in a timely manner.
